Stress and trauma management training
From November 27 to December 2 in YaoundΓ©, WILPF Cameroon and its partners took part in a training course on “STA – Stress and Trauma Sensitive Approach” led by Dr Gisela Berger, external trauma expert from πππ πππ ππππ ππππ.
Participants took part in 1 4-day training course and acquired knowledge and skills concerning:
– Basic knowledge of stress and trauma
– Self-reflection, self-care and staff care
– The stress- and trauma-sensitive approach for psychosocial caregivers
– Techniques and exercises to reduce stress, signs and impacts
WILPF Cameroon and its partners were also pleased to award a certification of appreciation to πππ πππ ππππ ππππ and Dr Gisela Berger, in recognition of their deep gratitude for the training provided.
