WILPF Cameroon and its partner FEPLEM support the people of East Cameroon
WILPF Cameroon and FEPLEM continue to support the initiatives of the men and women of the Mandjou community. The Eastern Liaison Office held a meeting with women driven by a spirit of community and progress.
They expressed a sincere desire for financial emancipation, requesting essential support to open a savings account with a local microfinance institution.
The men also affirmed their commitment to supporting their wives in all activities initiated by FEPLEM.
On January 12, 2024, the positive exchanges between the 42 people present at the Centre de l’Entrepreneuriat Féminin (Women’s Entrepreneurship Center) gave a glimpse of a flourishing 2024 for agropastoral activities in Mandjou.
