Youth awareness campaign in Bertoua, Cameroon
Our partner Feplem Moralorganized a mass awareness-raising event at Orient College as part of the week’s activities, highlighting a crucial issue: gender-based violence (GBV).
This session explored the distinction between sex and gender, while exposing the different typologies of GBV. The aim of this initiative is to set up a gender club within this private school, symbolizing the tangible commitment of these young people to the fight against such violence.
More than 2,000 students were touched by this theme, awakening collective awareness and spreading hope for a fairer, more egalitarian future.
