We’re delighted to see that WILPF Cameroon has been highlighted in Cameroon Tribune for its incredible awareness campaign on gender-based violence, organized in Dschang from December 3 to 8, 2024.

Coordinated by Mrs. Kake Zangium Brigitte, this initiative brought together various local players around conferences, outreach campaigns and sports walks in the city. These activities raised awareness of the urgent need to act in the face of social norms that perpetuate inequality and violence against women.

Many thanks also to Mrs. Vompam Mfouapon Danielle, MINPROFF Departmental Delegate for Menoua, for her support and her call for better application of existing laws.
