Chaired by the Délégué départemental de la Jeunesse et de l’éducation civique, it was attended by over 40 people. Among them were the head of the Mandjou social affairs center, a resource person, and beneficiaries of CEPREF’s activities, including refugees, internally displaced persons and the host community.
