À l’issue de l’atelier final de Douala, tenu du 24 au 26 mars 2026, les participantes ont reçu leurs certificats de participation, marquant ainsi la fin d’un important parcours de renforcement de capacités.

 

 La cérémonie de remise des certificats a été assurée par Mme Nathalie Foko, Présidente de WILPF Cameroon, et Mme Sylvie Jacqueline Ndongmo, Présidente internationale de WILPF.

 

  Ce moment symbolique vient saluer l’engagement, la détermination et le leadership des femmes formées, désormais mieux outillées pour participer activement à la vie politique locale. Une étape franchie, un engagement renforcé pour des élections municipales inclusives et pacifiques.

  At the conclusion of the final workshop in Douala, held from March 24 to 26, 2026, participants received their certificates of participation, marking the end of a significant capacity-building program.

 

 The certificate presentation ceremony was presided over by Ms. Nathalie Foko, President of WILPF Cameroon, and Ms. Sylvie Jacqueline Ndongmo, International President of WILPF.

 

  This symbolic moment recognizes the commitment, determination, and leadership of the trained women, who are now better equipped to actively participate in local political life. A milestone reached, a strengthened commitment to inclusive and peaceful municipal elections.
