La société civile mobilisée pour renforcer le civisme et l’intégration nationale
ATELIER NATIONAL D’HARMONISATION DES CONTRIBUTIONS DE LA SOCIETE CIVILE SUR LE CIVISME ET L’INTEGRATION NATIONALE
Du 23 au 24 juillet 2026, le Conseil National pour l’Education Populaire (CONEP), avec l’appui technique et financier de la GIZ à travers le programme ProSCIG, a organisé à Mbankomo un atelier national de 2 jours.
Cet atelier avait pour objectif de consolider et valider les contributions de la société civile issues de la consultation en ligne et régionale, pour leur intégration dans les avant-projets de loi portant sur la promotion du civisme et de l’intégration nationale. Trente-cinq participants se comptant parmi les OSC, les organisations d’éducation populaire, les leaders traditionnels et religieux, les universitaires, les médias, les experts et représentants du MINJEC et du CONEP y ont pris part.
Ces échanges de deux jours ont permis d’atteindre quelques résultats clés :
– Présentation et harmonisation des résultats de la consultation populaire nationale
– Identification des priorités stratégiques
– Elaboration et validation de 2 documents de contribution de la société civile
– Remise solennelle des contributions au Ministre MOLOUNA FOTSO au MINJEC
La cérémonie s’est achevée par la participation à la descente des couleurs et la remise des attestations aux 35 participants
NATIONAL WORKSHOP FOR HARMONIZATION OF CIVIL SOCIETY CONTRIBUTIONS ON CIVILITY AND NATIONAL INTEGRATION
From July 23 to 24, 2026, the National Council for Popular Education (CONEP), with the technical and financial support of GIZ through the ProSCIG program, organized a 2-day national workshop in Mbankomo.
This workshop aimed to consolidate and validate the contributions of civil society resulting from the online and regional consultation, for their integration into the draft laws relating to the promotion of good citizenship and national integration. Thirty-five participants including CSOs, popular education organizations, traditional and religious leaders, academics, media, experts and representatives of MINJEC and CONEP took part.
These two-day exchanges made it possible to achieve some key results:
– Presentation and harmonization of the results of the national popular consultation
– Identification of strategic priorities
– Development and validation of 2 civil society contribution documents
– Solemn delivery of contributions to Minister MOLOUNA FOTSO at MINJEC
The ceremony ended with participation in the lowering of the colors and the presentation of certificates to the 35 participants.
